Hey Queens!

Have you ever made a recipe for your skin that smelled and looked soooo good that you wish you could just eat it! Well, this is one of them.

I was on, catching up on my health news, and I came across this great oil scrub that has a ton of benefits. And, of course I had to share it with my girls!

Green Tea Grapeseed Oil Scrub

This is a great recipe if you’re looking for a scrub that is filled with antioxidants and antibacterial properties that are great for enhancing the beauty of your skin such as:

-Soothes sunburns

-Minimizes Bug bites

-Rids smelly foot odor

-Tones and moisturizes dry skin

-Calms skin after shaving

-Reduces visibility of cellulite

So, here’s how to make it

1 cup of granulated sugar

1/8 cup of grape seed oil

1/8 cup of brewed green tea (cooled)

1 bag of green tea not brewed

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Add the bag of loose tea (it not only looks nice it adds a nice scent and texture).
Store in a mason jar or other tight lid container.
If you don’t have grapeseed oil, you can substitute it for olive oil.
For longer shelf life brew tea in distilled water.
Scrub on hands and body (avoid face).
